At AllahNur Islamic School, education goes beyond the classroom—and our recently concluded Inter-House Sports Day proved just that! Held on the school field with full attendance from students, staff, parents, and special guests, the event was a vibrant celebration of unity, sportsmanship, and talent.
From the opening prayer to the final race, the entire day was filled with energy and enthusiasm. Students proudly represented their houses—Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow—competing in thrilling events like relay races, sack races, tug-of-war, and even a Qur’an recitation competition to emphasize the balance between physical and spiritual strength.
Our School Director, Ustaz Ahmad AbdulMalik, in his welcome address, emphasized the importance of physical health in Islam and how sports develop discipline, teamwork, and self-control. Parents joined in the fun too, participating in the “Parent Dash”—a highlight that had everyone cheering and laughing!
The Red House emerged victorious overall, followed closely by Blue House. Winners received medals, certificates, and loud ovations from the crowd. Special awards were also given for Best Behaved Student, Most Supportive Parent, and House Spirit Champion.
Events like this strengthen the bond within our school community and give students lasting memories. We’re incredibly proud of all our learners for their passion, respect, and unity throughout the day.
